Yesterday morning we arrived to essaouira, a windy city I hear is known for the good surfing possibilities... anyone been? let me know if you have any good tips on what to do or visit..
I am just packing up in the new hotel and here are some of the new things so far... I had a really awesome leather jacket made and it turned out better than I could imagine! more on that later..

I'd recommend buying a hand-woven Moroccan rug, they're really beautiful and you can get small ones that don't take up loads of space in your suitcase. I got mine in Marrakesh, but you can get them everywhere and probably have to haggle less in Essaouira.... they also have quadbikes you can ride in the sand dunes next to the beach, looked really fun from where I was sitting!
